RunMonteCarlo (the "Service") is provided by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17285923), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
RunMonteCarlo performs quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis (QSRA/QCRA) on Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedules. Analysis runs entirely in your browser; your schedule files are not uploaded to us. The free tier (register, ranges, viewer, 2,000-iteration simulations, watermarked reports) requires no account or payment and does not expire.
Your schedules, risk models and reports are yours. Because processing is client-side, we never receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to analyse any schedule you load.
The Service — including its software, source and compiled code, user interface, simulation engine, statistical and scheduling models, algorithms, and documentation — is owned by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. The Service is licensed, not sold; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction, you may not: copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the Service or any part of it; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, underlying models or algorithms; modify, adapt or create derivative works; remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice; or use any part of the Service to build a competing product. These restrictions apply even though parts of the Service run in your browser and may be technically accessible.
The Service is a decision-support tool. Its outputs (including P-values, contingency figures, fitness verdicts and auto-drafted narrative) depend on the quality of the schedule and inputs you provide and on the statistical methods documented at /maths. They are not engineering, legal, financial or contractual advice, and must be reviewed by a competent professional before being relied upon for commitments, claims or investment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the Service's outputs.
Do not attempt to circumvent licensing, copy or reverse-engineer the Service (see section 5), misrepresent watermarked (draft) reports as licensed deliverables, resell the Service, or use it in breach of applicable law.
We may update the Service, these Terms and pricing; material changes to paid features will be notified via the site. The engine version is printed in every report so prior analyses remain reproducible. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability; because the app runs client-side, an existing session and your saved .riskproj files continue to work even if the site is unreachable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contracts or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
