Risk Register

Discrete risk events: each fires with a probability and, when it does, adds (threat) or subtracts (opportunity) a sampled duration to its mapped activities.

Standalone deliverable — export to Excel, share for review — even before you simulate. Click a mapped-activity tag to remove it; use the dropdown to add one. Mode: series impacts add together on an activity; parallel impacts overlap (largest wins); fragnet inserts the delay after the first mapped activity so it propagates through logic without inflating the activity itself. existence flips the meaning: probability = chance the mapped work exists at all — when it doesn't, its duration and cost vanish from that iteration (optional scopes, rework packages, conditional work). branch makes the mapped activities alternative paths: each iteration takes exactly one — the first-listed head with the given probability, the rest sharing the remainder — and the untaken branches (up to where they remerge) drop out. Put the risky/rework branch first. Set conditional branching by choosing "if <risk> fires" under a branch's mode — the first branch is then taken exactly when that (earlier-listed) risk fires, instead of by probability. Workshop round-trip: set an Owner per risk, click Review copy to export a self-contained editable file per owner (no account needed), then Merge review when it comes back — you approve each change before it lands. Excel bridge: Copy puts the register on the clipboard as a table; paste a tab-separated block from Excel anywhere on this tab to bulk-add or update risks (matched by ID). Or use CSV ▾ to download a blank template to populate in Excel, export the current register, or import a populated CSV / TSV file directly.

Ranges — duration uncertainty

Background 3-point uncertainty on every activity, distinct from discrete risks. Entered as % of the planned duration.

Calibration preset:   applies a standard −/+ spread to all activities; override any row.

ScheduleInsight-style — different uncertainty for different parts of the schedule, saved with the project

Weather & seasonal downtime

Pertmaster-style weather modelling — % of working days lost per calendar month, sampled each iteration
