Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary: your schedule files never leave your machine — we couldn't look at them if we wanted to. The only personal data we touch is your email (waitlist and/or purchase) and Stripe's payment records. No accounts, no analytics trackers, no selling data.

1 · Who we are

RunMonteCarlo is provided by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17285923), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or data-protection requests: hello@runmontecarlo.com.

2 · Your schedule and risk data — not collected

Schedule files (.xer/.xml), risk registers, ranges, simulation results and reports are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to, stored by, or visible to us. Autosave uses your own browser's local storage (IndexedDB); Risk Files (.riskproj) save to your own disk.

3 · What we do collect

DataPurposeProcessor
Waitlist / contact emailProduct updates you asked for; replies to your messagesFormspree (form relay) · Zoho Mail (our inbox)
Purchase detailsProcessing your Pro subscription; issuing your licenceStripe (we never see card numbers; we hold a customer reference and subscription status)
Licence key contentsYour email and expiry are embedded in the signed key so the app can display who it is licensed to — the key lives in your browser/on your machine, not on a server of ours
Operational logsMinimal request/error logs for the tiny licence-issuing function and site hostingVercel

4 · What we don't do

No advertising or analytics trackers on the app. No sale or sharing of personal data. No profiling. Fonts and the animation library load from CDNs (Google Fonts, cdnjs), which see standard request metadata (IP, user agent) as any web resource does.

5 · Retention and your rights

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe (reply "remove" to any email). Stripe records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and complain to the ICO. Email hello@runmontecarlo.com — we respond within 30 days.

6 · Changes

We'll post any material changes to this policy here with a new date.
