Where the enterprise suites are genuinely stronger — said plainly

Baseline-driven analysis: Safran and Acumen integrate baseline schedules, execution metrics and risk in one environment; RunMonteCarlo focuses on forward-looking QSRA (our sibling ScheduleInsight covers baseline forensics). Resource-constrained scheduling: RunMonteCarlo does resource-loaded cost risk (AACE 57R-09 — labour/equipment cost scales with duration, material stays fixed), but if you need resource levelling inside the simulation, the desktop suites do more. Enterprise administration: central licence management, SSO and IT-managed deployment are enterprise-suite territory — our model is deliberately the opposite. If those are your constraints, those tools earn their price. If your constraint is getting a defensible P80 this week without a procurement cycle, that's the job we built for.
