Baseline & earned-value integration: Safran and Acumen sit inside a wider environment where the baseline, progress measurement and earned value live alongside the risk model. RunMonteCarlo now tracks the risk side of execution — a P80 trend across schedule updates, risk burn-down, and a hindcast note scoring how well earlier forecasts held up — but it reads a schedule, not a control account: no EVM, no baseline variance analysis, no progress reporting (our sibling ScheduleInsight covers baseline forensics). If the risk model has to live in the same system as your earned value, that is their ground. Resource-constrained scheduling: RunMonteCarlo does resource-loaded cost risk (AACE 57R-09 — labour/equipment cost scales with duration, material stays fixed) and reports a spend-rate profile with a risk overlay, including how far the peak moves at P80. It does not level inside the simulation, and that is a published position rather than a gap: levelling would re-sequence the network differently in every iteration, so the distribution would no longer describe one schedule and the heuristic rather than the register would set the P80. The reasoning and the modelling alternatives are at /maths. If you need a leveller inside the loop, the desktop suites do more. Pairwise correlation matrices: we default to groups with a shared ρ (one honest number per driver — crew, weather window, supplier), reconciled against Pertmaster at /maths, and named activity pairs can now carry their own coefficient, induced by Iman–Conover rank reordering with a positive-definiteness check that explains any inconsistency in plain English. The desktop suites present this as a full N×N grid you can fill in cell by cell; ours is a list of the pairs you actually mean to state, which we think is the more defensible artefact — but if the grid itself is what your audit standard asks to see, that is their editor, not ours. Enterprise administration: central licence management, SSO and IT-managed deployment are enterprise-suite territory — our model is deliberately the opposite. If those are your constraints, those tools earn their price. If your constraint is getting a defensible P80 this week without a procurement cycle, that's the job we built for.
